About the artist…
Kaleigh Middelkoop is a photographer who primarily uses self-portraiture as a means to tell stories and express ideas. Heavily influenced by fairy tales and the slightly strange, her work has surreal and magical elements woven throughout.
After spending her formative years in Newfoundland, Canada, she studied photography in Ontario at Algonquin College. Graduating in the top of her class, she has gone on to create immersive gallery shows featuring her photography, costumes, and props.
Kaleigh operates a studio in downtown Wabash, IN. She is also a featured artist at Bread & Circus Gallery in Fort Wayne, IN, Bellazo in downtown Wabash, IN as well as Ocean View Art Gallery in Carbonear, NL
